What I really love, particularly when it comes to Suzy, is that I’m also able to understand the online shopper and that online shopper at a particular retailer. So we’ve used Suzy in so many ways to better understand our retailer’s online shopper, including things such as their experience, what are the search terms they’re looking at, how they’d like to consume their digital media, etc.
